Driving Change Where It Matters Most!

The 'Make Reading Fun' Campaign Is Igniting A Love For Reading
We partnered with the Nelson Mandela Foundation to support their ‘Make Reading Fun’ Campaign, a vital initiative to foster a love for reading among young learners. Together, we proudly provided 491 books to MC Weiler and Ekukhanyisweni Primary Schools in Alexandra, significantly enhancing their libraries. This collaboration is not just about donating books; it's about creating an environment that encourages children to explore the joy of reading.
As a firm dedicated to education, we firmly believe that books unlock endless possibilities. By making reading enjoyable and accessible, we aim to bridge gaps and empower young learners to realize their full potential. Our commitment to educational outreach reflects our understanding that literacy is a powerful tool for personal and community growth.
Tshego, Transvaal VC's Investment Analyst, shares her connection to this mission: “As a girl who grew up in the kasi, books were my haven, and the library was my safe place where I could get lost in cliffhangers. It got me hooked on their rhythmic phrases. Reading widened my horizon and my view of the world, expanding my vocabulary. The ‘Make Reading Fun’ campaign is incredibly important for me because instead of kids being on the streets, getting peer pressured, and finding themselves in trouble, there is a haven they can run to and empower themselves.”
We are immensely proud to have been part of this occasion and look forward to more initiatives that inspire and uplift our communities. Together, we can create pathways for future generations, ensuring that every child has access to the transformative power of reading.
